Event Webinars
IRBtraining offers a variety of one-hour online training sessions every month for free. During the live classes IRBexperts demonstrate how to best run searches and reports. Click “register now” beside the classes you want to attend, enter your information, and you will receive an email with the unique link you will need to join each training.

IRBsearch^® 101 is designed to get new customers started using the database; and give our current customers a little refresher course when needed. IRBsearch^® 102 provides a more advanced level of skip-tracing techniques and background research. Other online training topics cover billing, writing reports, and industry trends and legislation that affect you. All IRBtraining is free to IRBsearch^® customers.

Individual Training
Individual training is available upon request through IRBtraining. Please contact us toll-free at (800) 447-2112 ext. 1140 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment with an IRBexpert. During your training, you will be given a complete overview of the versatility and flexibility of IRBsearch®. This training will be customized to fit your needs and is free to all IRBsearch® customers.

Company Training
IRBtraining will teach your employees how to use the database and get them searching as soon as possible! To schedule a company training email training@irbsearch.com or call (800) 447-2112 ext. 1140. Group sizes can range from two to fifty employees. IRBexperts will tailor a curriculum based on your company’s needs. We can also give you advice on setting up users and setting their permissions. Company training is free to all IRBsearch® customers.
